About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content & Lead Management Executive to support multiple business brands. The role primarily involves website content management, travel blog publishing, and student lead management. The ideal candidate should possess strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with AI-powered content tools.
Key Responsibilities
Website Content Management (Mynway.in)
- Update and manage website content on Mynway.in.
- Upload new pages, blogs, offers, and promotional content.
- Ensure content accuracy, formatting consistency, and SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with the management team for content updates and changes.
Travel Blog Content Management (Meantoobee)
- Create, edit, and publish travel-related blog content.
- Use AI tools to research, draft, and optimize articles.
- Source and organize images and travel information.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure regular blog updates.
Lead Management (Mansa Education)
- Handle student inquiries received through various channels.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with prospective students and schedule counselling appointments.
- Coordinate with counsellors to ensure timely lead conversion.
- Prepare basic reports on lead status and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, lead management, or administrative support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar applications.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and brands simultaneously.
