Position: Retail Sales Executive
Location: Chennai International Airport
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payment transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Ensure proper stock management and replenishment.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Follow company policies, airport regulations, and operational procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.
- Well-groomed personality with a positive attitude.
Language Requirements
- Hindi – Mandatory
- English – Mandatory
- Additional regional language knowledge will be an advantage.
Working Conditions
- 24/7 retail operations.
- 12-hour rotational shifts.
- 18 working days per month as per the roster.
- Must be flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
Salary & Benefits
