Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Microsoft Consulting Practice Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 15+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth for our Microsoft Consulting Practice across India and the US. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft consulting sales, cloud services, enterprise solution selling, and managing large-scale client engagements. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth for Microsoft consulting and cloud services across India and US markets. Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers. Collaborate with Microsoft Partner Managers, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft specialists. Lead co-sell initiatives with Microsoft teams and support go-to-market strategies. Work closely with Delivery and Presales teams to develop tailored client solutions. Identify new business opportunities in Azure Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform services. Maintain CRM hygiene, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT Sales with a strong Microsoft Consulting sales background. Proven track record of closing large enterprise Microsoft consulting deals. Strong understanding of Microsoft Partner Programs, Incentives, and Co-Sell Motions. Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform services. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with both India and US markets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem. Exposure to SaaS, Cloud Transformation, and Digital Modernization initiatives. Background in Microsoft-focused consulting organizations or ISVs.
