About the Role
We're looking for an Agentic Principal Lead Consultant (Internal AI Solution Architect) to help build an AI-native operating model across business functions including Go-To-Market, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, and Services. This role will work closely with business leaders to identify, design, and implement AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI automation opportunities across internal functions.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and define measurable success metrics.
- Design and prioritize an enterprise AI workflow roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for AI platforms, SaaS products, and automation solutions.
- Lead AI adoption initiatives through workshops, enablement sessions, documentation, and training.
- Establish reusable AI implementation frameworks, governance standards, and workflow templates.
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure AI solutions follow governance and regulatory requirements.
- Define monitoring strategies for AI workflows covering quality, safety, latency, adoption, and business impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and operational metrics.
Required Skills
- 6+ years in Business Consulting, Business Operations, Product Operations, Solutions Architecture, or Business Systems.
- 4+ years delivering production-grade AI-enabled internal applications.
- Experience building enterprise AI programs or AI Centers of Excellence.
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflow automation and digital transformation.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or regulated enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Tool Calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience evaluating AI platforms, vendor solutions, and implementation strategies.
- Ability to work with PRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and business process documentation.
- Experience with low-code/no-code AI platforms for rapid prototyping.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and change management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
