Executive Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Executive Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting products or services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Resposibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
Present and demonstrate company products or services effectively.
Schedule and attend client meetings (online or in person).
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales management software.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requires Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience are welcome.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
