· Build customer relation
· Conduct morning meeting.

· Improving key performance by Balancing Conversion, Average Bill Value, Item Per Cash Memo, Store Manager Discount, Slow Moving Stocks, Sales
· Ensuring Quality of Service is proper.
· Ask customers for hospitality.
· Solving queries of customers as well as employees.
· Coordinate with all departments and branches.
· Tracking Competitors Gold rate and Promotions.
· Ensure Staff Demonstration for Brand Introduction, Sales Presentation, and Scheme Enrolments are met on a timely basis.
· Ensure completion of Annual Sales targets such that stores Point of Sales margins is improved.
· Reduce Asst. Store manager discount to at Store level margins.
· Increase in Stocks Turns Frequency
· Conducting a self-review of your performance every fourth night. The focus would be to identify the Loss Opportunity, Sales, Service Failure, and Pin Point the cause. Important to identify the cause & then review it.
· Maintain a report of observations & suggestions to improve the quality of "Customer Services". It should also include "Activates Planned VS Completion".
· To conduct a training session on one to one basis about Discipline, Behavioural aspects, Etiquette, Communication Skill and Soft Skills.
· Focusing on the customer journey from Point of Entry to Store Exit. (overall customer delightment )
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
