Job Title: Academic Sales Counselor – Derma Arts Academy

About the Role
Derma Arts Academy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Academic Sales Counselor to manage student admissions and lead conversions for our Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, Hair Restoration, and PMU (Permanent Makeup) training programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong counseling and sales skills, be able to handle inquiries from doctors, medical professionals, beauty professionals, and aspiring students, and guide them through the enrollment process while ensuring an exceptional student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to academy courses and training programs.
- Counsel prospective students, doctors, and professionals regarding course offerings, curriculum, certification, career opportunities, and fees.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, events, and other channels.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, campus visits, and counseling sessions.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and student communications in CRM systems.
- Address student queries promptly and provide complete support throughout the enrollment journey.
- Coordinate with trainers, doctors, and management regarding course schedules and student requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all stages.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and admissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, Admissions Counseling, or a similar role.
- Candidates from cosmetology academies, PMU training institutes, aesthetic medicine institutes, healthcare education, beauty education, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, lead management, and follow-up processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.

- Understanding of cosmetology, aesthetic medicine, PMU, skin, hair, and beauty training programs.
