Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support and manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR administration. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure smooth HR operations while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support workforce planning and coordinate hiring with department heads.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and employee development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Support disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with management to improve employee retention and organizational culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a mid-sized or growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
