Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Proficient in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
