About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote our IVF and fertility services, generate patient leads, build key referral relationships, and contribute to growing the clinic’s market presence. You will play a key role in engaging with patients, healthcare partners, and communities to drive awareness and patient inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to healthcare professionals, clinics, and organizations to promote IVF and fertility services.
- Generate and qualify leads, guide potential patients, and convert inquiries into clinic visits or consultations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, referral partners, and medical professionals.
- Organize or support fertility awareness camps, health events, seminars, or community outreach activities.
- Conduct presentations and explain clinic services, treatment options, and benefits in a clear, patient-friendly way.
- Assist with tele-calling, follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and maintaining daily sales/visit reports.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/lead targets set by management.
- Maintain CRM, MIS, or reporting systems for lead tracking and performance analysis.
- Provide feedback from patients and partners to support service improvement and team decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or IVF/clinic outreach is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally and attend community events.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Experience
- Fresher to 1–8years of relevant experience (healthcare or sales experience preferred but not mandatory).
