1. Bug Identification and Reporting:
Identify, document, and track software defects using testing methodologies.
Collaborate with development team to resolve issues.
2. Test Case Development and Execution:
Prepare datasets for accurate testing.
Write and execute manual test cases/scenarios to verify specifications.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
Document test results in a structured format.
Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes.
4. Feature Testing:
Perform feature tests based on thorough understanding of feature requirements.
5. Product Support and Client Issue Handling:
Provide product support and resolve client issues.
Travel across India for product support (as required).
6. Collaboration and Time Management:
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and team player skills.
