We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Field Onboarding and Service Specialists.
Role Summary:
As a Field Onboarding and Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients in your assigned region. You will travel directly to client sites to conduct hands-on training, configure software setups, resolve technical queries, and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Setup
- Conduct in-person training sessions to help new clients understand and adopt the PagarBook platform.
- Assist clients in setting up accounts, configuring custom settings, and uploading employee/workforce data.
- Create customized onboarding plans tailored to specific client workflows to ensure smooth software adoption.
On-Site Customer Support
- Provide immediate, on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting for any platform issues.
- Act as the dedicated regional contact for client questions, concerns, and feature requests.
- Collaborate with internal tech and support teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues promptly.
Relationship Management & Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Gather structured client feedback and relay key insights to the product development team.
- Proactively educate existing clients on new features, system updates, and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience in field onboarding, customer support, or technical training.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and quick real-time problem-solving ability in field settings.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and visit multiple client sites efficiently.
- Tech Savvy: High comfort level using mobile/desktop apps, software platforms, and digital tools.
- Travel & Mobility: Valid driver’s license, access to reliable personal transportation, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard business hours when urgent client needs arise.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
