Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet production schedules.
- Ensure timely achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage SMT, PCB Assembly, Testing, and Final Assembly operations.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Planning teams.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Control production costs, wastage, and material consumption.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.
- Analyze production reports and prepare MIS for management review.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to enhance performance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
- Experience in SMT, PCB Assembly, Testing, and Production Planning.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong production planning and process optimization skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and achieve production targets.
- Experience in handling audits and quality compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
