Qualification: B.Com (Semi-qualified CA – added advantage)
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts professional with hands-on experience in bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and accounting software. The role requires strong practical exposure rather than just theoretical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
•End-to-end bookkeeping and accounting
•Data entry and reconciliation as per bank statements
•Maintaining books on Zoho Books
•Understanding of Income Tax and GST compliance for coordination with consultants
•Vendor & customer ledger management
•Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
•Preparing MIS reports and basic financial summaries
•Assisting in audits and regulatory documentation
Skills & Competencies
•Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books & Tally
•Good working knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax basics
•Excellent command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
•Working knowledge of MS Word & PowerPoint
•High attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Profile
•B.Com mandatory
•Semi-qualified CA (IPCC / Inter) is an added advantage
•Experience in handling accounts for SMEs / Pvt Ltd companies preferred
