Designation- MIS & Barcode Associate
Experience- 2 to 3 yrs
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Barcode Management-
-Generate and manage barcodes (EAN/UPC/QR codes) for all SKUS,
-Ensure correct mapping of barcodes with product master data.
-Upload and register barcodes on GS1 or other regulatory portals.
-Maintain barcode master file and ensure zero duplication.
2. Product Compliance-
-Upload product details and images on compliance/retail portals as required.
-Verify product information accuracy before submission.
-Support in maintaining product compliance records and reports.
3. Artwork & Design Verification-
-Cross-check barcodes, MRP, manufacturing/expiry details on packaging artworks.
-Verify that all statutory requirements (FSSAI, FDA, MRP, batch, etc.) are correctly incorporated.
-Coordinate with design/packaging vendors to correct errors if required.
4. Data & Documentation-
-Maintain updated tracker of all barcodes and compliance uploads.
-Support audit readiness by ensuring complete documentation for barcodes and packaging approvals.
-Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design) for compliance checks.
5. Other Responsibilities-
-Assist in new product launch compliance requirements.
-Support supply chain/packaging team in related administrative compliance tasks.
-Keep updated with GS1/regulatory changes related to product codes & packaging compliance.
-Maintaining and updating Master file of Products
6. BOM & Manufacturing Entries-
-Creation of BOM in ERP
-Batch wise entries of manufacturing in ERP
-Checking & Reporting of the above entries in ERP.
Key Skills Required:
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Knowledge of barcode standards (EAN, UPC, QR codes, GS1 preferred).
-Basic understanding of artwork/design files (Adobe Illustrator, PDF, etc. - preferred).
-Proficiency in MS Excel, portals, and data management.
-Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
