About the Role
L’empire Builders & Interiors is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging content for our brand, social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.
We are looking for someone who understands modern design trends, branding, social media creatives, and AI-assisted design tools and can turn ideas into high-quality visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics for Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, reels covers, stories, promotional creatives and campaign materials.
- Develop marketing creatives for residential projects, architecture, construction and interiors.
- Create brochures, flyers, presentations, company profiles and other branding materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors and visual language.
- Create project-specific creatives showcasing completed homes, interiors and architectural works.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital and print requirements.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media and advertising trends.
- Use AI tools to generate concepts, enhance images and improve creative workflows.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers and marketing team members when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva or other modern design tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, color theory and visual hierarchy.
- Strong understanding of social media design and digital advertising creatives.
- Ability to create premium and modern-looking designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
AI & Emerging Design Skills
Candidates with knowledge of AI-powered creative tools will be preferred.
Experience with tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway or similar AI tools will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

Education: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field preferred.
