JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Head. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for assigned brands and countries within the company. The role requires a deep understanding of consumer/stakeholder insights, strong campaign management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing, excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulating long term / short term strategic plans, budgets to enhance sales, conducting negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.
- Exploring & developing new markets for promoting the products; conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor to achieve market share metrics.
- Driving sales initiatives & achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of return on investment and exploring marketing avenues to build customer preference and drive volumes.
- Analyzing AIOCD, CMARC data of product and category and preparing tactical plans.
- Preparing marketing strategies for promoting various Pharma Products in accordance with the plans of company.
- Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort.
- Identifying the opportunities for market share growth.
- Provide direction, motivation to field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
- Ensuring marketing strategy implementation.
- Conducting meetings, Product launches, organizing CMEs.
- Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts, medical fraternity, opinion leaders, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing complete product support.
- Planning individual / team goals to achieve pre -set targets within time, quality & cost parameters.
