- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials, chemicals, and consumables.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices for material issuance.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.
- Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and maintain stock registers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, excise, etc.).
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
- Liaise with purchase, production, and quality departments for material requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely delivery and dispatch.
- Provide material availability reports to management.
- Implement ERP systems for efficient store operations.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and space optimization.
- Train and supervise store staff for effective operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
