Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth store functioning, maintaining visual standards, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and operational processes efficiently. This role requires proactive problem-solving, team coordination, and consistent monitoring of store performance to ensure targets are met and operational standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and engaging experience.
- Explain products in detail, including materials, craftsmanship, customization options, pricing, and timelines.
- Guide clients through the brand story, design philosophy, and unique value proposition of the company.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and production teams for custom inquiries.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, and order progress.
- Ensure the experience center is well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
- Record client interactions, inquiries, and feedback systematically for reporting and follow-up.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and walkthroughs efficiently.
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Share regular updates and client insights with management to support decision-making.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in related stream or related field.
