Job Description:
What You will do:
- Execute and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and ensure execution as per approved designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and material records.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
- Monitor material usage and support cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure timely inspection, quality control, and handover of MEP works.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of MEP materials and equipment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP execution within the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Experience in reviewing MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
- Sound understanding of building codes, safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory compliance.
- Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet project deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel across project sites as required by the organization.
