Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, following up with leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products/services clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers.
- Convert enquiries into successful leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (Basic English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Positive attitude with good convincing skills.

Pay: ₹8,879.68 - ₹29,017.78 per month
