About the Role:
We are hiring 4 Data Entry Operators for our Johnson & Johnson warehouse
operation. This is an immediate-joining role for candidates with hands-on
SAP MM experience. You will be responsible for all inventory data entry,
GRN processing, and warehouse MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP MM Data Entry — GRN, Purchase Orders, Material Movements (MB51)
- Material Inward / Outward — Record & track all inventory transactions
- Inventory & Stock Record Management — Reconcile physical vs. system data
- E-Way Bill & Challan Preparation — GST-compliant dispatch documentation
- MIS Reporting (Advanced Excel) — Daily/weekly dashboards (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
- Warehouse Documentation — Maintain audit-ready filing systems
- Coordination — Work with warehouse supervisors, transport & client auditors
- Compliance — Adhere to Johnson & Johnson quality standards & internal SOPs
Required Skills:
- SAP MM (MANDATORY) — Hands-on experience with GRN, PO, Stock Overview
- Advanced Excel — VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting
- Typing Speed — Minimum 35–40 WPM with high accuracy
- Warehouse Operations — Basic understanding of inventory flow, FIFO
- Attention to Detail — Zero-error mindset for pharma-grade compliance
