What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years of experience in MERN stack development.
-Good understanding of React (components, hooks, state management), Node.js backend, Express routing, and MongoDB data modeling.
-Experience with full-stack development, API integration, and database operations.
-Ability to write clean, maintainable code, debug effectively, and optimize performance.
-Good communication skills and team collaboration.
Nice to Have:
-Knowledge of AWS, Redis, WebSockets.
-Exposure to cloud deployment or CI/CD pipelines.
-Open-source contributions or personal projects.
-Knowledge of testing frameworks or performance optimization.
