Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Location: Lucknow / Assigned Territory

Key Responsibilities:
1. Residential societies, apartments, and gated communities mein No BrokerHood app ka promotion karna.
2. Society Presidents, Secretaries, RWAs aur Facility Managers se meetings schedule karna.
3. Product presentations aur live demos dena.
4. New leads generate karna aur sales pipeline maintain karna.
5. Client requirements samajhkar suitable solutions provide karna.
6. Proposal aur commercial discussions handle karna.
7. Customer follow-up aur relationship management karna.
8. Monthly sales targets achieve karna.
9. Market survey aur competitor analysis karna.
10. Installation aur onboarding team ke saath coordination karna.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Field sales aur B2B sales experience.
Lead generation aur client acquisition skills.
Presentation aur convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Self-motivated aur target-oriented attitude.
Preferred Experience:
Real Estate, Facility Management, SaaS, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Interior Design, Home Automation ya Society Management Solutions
Qualification:
Graduate (Any Stream)
MBA/BBA preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
