About the Role
We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Executive to help generate new business opportunities across our group companies.
The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships with founders and business leaders, understanding their business challenges, and introducing relevant solutions from our service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, email outreach, WhatsApp, and other channels.
· Connect with founders, business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers.
· Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with prospective clients.
· Understand client requirements and identify opportunities across hiring, finance operations, technology, and digital growth services.
· Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospects through the sales cycle.
· Prepare proposals, coordinate discussions, and support deal closures.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
· Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business.
Requirements
· Prior experience (includes internship exp.) in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or consultative selling.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
· Comfortable engaging with founders, business owners, and senior professionals.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email outreach, and lead generation techniques.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
