- Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential clients to promote new jewelry collections, special offers, and discounts.
- Customer Engagement: Inform existing customers about exclusive launches and invite them to in-store events or exhibitions.
- Lead Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records, including contact details and purchase preferences in CRM software.
- Order Processing: Handle queries, process orders, and assist customers with product inquiries over the phone.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (12th pass) is typically required.
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in retail or luxury goods) is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of jewelry materials, gold purity, and precious stones is a strong advantage.
- Traits: Strong telephone etiquette, ability to handle rejection, persuasion skills, and patience
