Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and support processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level packaged applications within the oil and gas downstream sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address system challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Excellent communication skills to document findings and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
