Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our growing construction team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial building projects while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Track material usage and site inventory.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Assist in quantity measurements and billing activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and civil engineering principles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across Chennai.
Preferred Candidate
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of site execution experience.
- Freshers with internship or project experience are welcome.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
