Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage,
issuance, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate documentation of inward and outward material movement, including GRNs,
material issue notes, stock registers, and other store records.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department to maintain optimum
stock availability.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize shortages, excess stock, and
material losses.
Conduct periodic stock verification, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory audits while
resolving inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, preservation, and traceability of materials.
Enforce FIFO, FEFO, or other inventory management practices as applicable.
Coordinate closely with Production, Purchase, Quality, Planning, and Projects teams to ensure
uninterrupted material availability.
Monitor material consumption trends and generate inventory analysis reports for management.
Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP systems and ensure timely system updates.
Lead, guide, and supervise store assistants and store personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO/GMP requirements (where applicable), and
safety standards within the stores.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, material organization, and warehouse safety.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance store efficiency and inventory
accuracy.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and MIS reports for management review.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
