We are seeking energetic and confident International B2B Sales Executives to handle US and UK markets. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates who are interested in international sales, client acquisition, and global business exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for US / UK clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct sales discussions and product presentations with international prospects
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activity
Required Skills Qualifications
- MBA in Sales Marketing (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Comfortable working with international time zones (US / UK)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Target-oriented with a positive learning attitude
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
