1) Recruiting the candidates as per the position
2) Processing the payroll preparing the salary sheet
3) Updating the attendance in the Register book
4) Sending the logout reports to MD
5) Maintaining employee records
6) Maintaining employee Relationships
7) Preparing the joining formalities
Offer letter, Appointment letter & Confirmation Letter etc.
8) Preparing the existing formalities for the staff
Collecting the List of documents from the staff, Review letter.
9) Maintaining the office.
10) Vendor management
11) Day to day activities of office
12) Arranging the meeting
13) Site visiting when required
14) Maintaining the stationery
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
