- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dishwashing area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and assist in maintaining a clean work environment.
- Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
- Refill cleaning supplies and report any equipment issues.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the kitchen management.
