Operations
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of waiters, stewards, and service staff.
- Ensure all restaurant opening and closing procedures are completed as per SOPs.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Ensure service standards are consistently maintained throughout each shift.
- Allocate tables efficiently and manage guest seating.
Guest Service
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and special dietary requirements.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Build positive relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality throughout the meal.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and guide the restaurant service team.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate menu updates and promotions.
- Train new employees on service standards, SOPs, grooming, and customer service.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Prepare duty rosters in coordination with the Restaurant Manager.
Hygiene & Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor staff grooming and personal hygiene.
- Ensure safe handling of food, beverages, and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure corrective action is taken.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
