Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced FPGA Engineer for our client (Microchip) to develop and validate high-performance FPGA systems for advanced processor and communication platforms. The engineer will work on FPGA RTL development, embedded firmware, validation, board bring-up, and debugging of high-speed interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design FPGA validation environments.
- Develop RTL using Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL.
- Develop embedded firmware in C/C++.
- Develop FPGA testbenches.
- Validate FPGA implementations on hardware.
- Perform board-level debugging.
- Develop processor-based validation applications.
- Perform synthesis and implementation.
- Achieve timing closure.
- Develop automation scripts.
- Debug protocol-level issues.
- Work closely with hardware and software teams.
