Looking for Counter Sales Executive
Location: Thane West (Near Thane Station)
Qualification: Any
Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers at the counter
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and pricing
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Generate bills and assist in checkout if required
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of products at the counter
- Ensure correct pricing, tagging, and stock visibility
- Coordinate with store team for stock availability
- Inform customers about ongoing offers and schemes
- Handle basic customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions
- Build good customer relationships for repeat business
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
