We are an established manufacturer of paper bags, paper mailers, and flexible packaging laminated rollstock and pouches serving FMCG, e-commerce, food service, retail, and industrial clients. Why This Role is Different
This is not a conventional sales job. We are creating a new role that operates as a mini business owner inside our company. You will manage your own customer book, control your own P&L, and earn directly from the contribution margin you generate. When your book grows beyond what one person can handle, you will be encouraged and economically rewarded to hire and develop juniors who work under you. As those juniors grow and eventually graduate to their own books, you continue to earn from their success.

What You Will Actually Do
- Identify and acquire new customers across FMCG, e-commerce, retail, food service, and industrial segments who need paper or flexible packaging.
- Build and own end-to-end relationships with your customers from first conversation to first invoice to repeat business to long-term account expansion.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and product specifications in partnership with our production and costing teams.
- Manage credit decisions, collections, and customer disputes on your accounts these are your numbers, your relationships, your reputation.
- Once your book scales beyond personal capacity, propose and onboard juniors under you. You hire, train, mentor, and earn from their performance.
- Operate within a defined Sales Incentive Policy that gives you clear visibility into your monthly contribution margin, your budget, your surplus, and your earnings at all times, via our ERP.
Who We Are Looking For
This role is right for you if:
- You have 7-10 years of B2B sales experience. Packaging or manufacturing background is a strong plus, but we’ll consider strong commercial sellers from adjacent industries (FMCG ingredients, industrial supplies, logistics, print/labels, chemicals).
- You think like an owner, not an employee. You actually enjoy looking at numbers — margins, ageing, conversion rates — and using them to make decisions.
- You’re comfortable with a compensation structure where what you take home is directly tied to what you produce. You prefer upside-with-accountability over predictable salary.
- You want to eventually lead a team, but on your own terms — building it as the economics justify, not waiting for someone to hand it to you.
- You can sell at multiple levels of a customer organisation — procurement, brand, packaging engineering, sustainability — and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- You have working English and the local language of your sales territory.
