Job Summary:
The Store Incharge is responsible for managing overall store operations, inventory control, and stock management to ensure smooth material flow within the organization. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
- Implement FIFO, LIFO, and other inventory management techniques to reduce wastage and ensure efficient stock rotation.
- Monitor and coordinate material inward and outward movement, ensuring timely procurement and dispatch.
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock registers, and other documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete inventory items and suggest disposal or utilization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring adherence to processes and maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, ERP, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control procedures, and material handling.
- Experience in audit compliance and inventory reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
