Key Account Manager – Corporate Car Rentals (Key Responsibilities)
- Manage and grow assigned key client accounts by ensuring exceptional service delivery, timely issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations, fleet, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings while consistently meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive revenue growth through account expansion, contract renewals, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing clients.
- Monitor account performance, prepare periodic MIS reports, conduct business reviews, and proactively recommend service improvements.
Demonstrate flexibility to support business operations beyond standard working hours, including weekends, holidays, or emergencies, to ensure uninterrupted customer service and prompt resolution of critical issues.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
