Role: Intern
About the Role: As an Intern in Strategy, Build & Consulting, you will work closely with Praxis teams on live consulting engagements across industries. This role is designed to give you hands-on exposure to solving real business problems, working with clients, and contributing to high-impact initiatives.
You will be expected to take ownership of defined workstreams, support research and analysis, and contribute to delivering actionable insights. The role demands curiosity, structured thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
This is an internship opportunity that offers a certificate upon successful completion. There is no monetary compensation associated with this role. Candidates applying should do so with this understanding.
Key Responsibilities: -

Own a problem statement or a specific workstream of a consulting assignment end-to-end, from analysis to recommendations, including client presentations

Understand client challenges and propose practical, data-driven solutions

Conduct business research (desk and/or field) and perform analysis using Excel to derive meaningful insights

Engage with clients to conceptualize and structure key initiatives aligned with their priorities

Collaborate with Principals, Managers, Consultants, and cross-functional data science and technology teams

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in dynamic and ambiguous environments
-
Contribute to building frameworks, tools, and documenting learnings to strengthen the knowledge base
Desired Background: -

Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate/graduate/postgraduate studies from a top-tier institution

0–2 years of experience (including internships/projects)

Exposure to management consulting is a plus

Experience in business or functional roles is an added advantage
