Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Client Servicing Trainee to join our Agency. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are keen to learn client handling, account management, and campaign coordination across both creative and digital platforms. The trainee will work closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of integrated advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
- Assist the client servicing team in day-to-day communication with clients across advertising and digital accounts.
- Help understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to creative, digital, and media teams.
- Attend client meetings with seniors, prepare meeting notes, and track follow-ups.
Briefing & Creative Coordination
- Support in drafting briefs for creative, content, design, social media, performance marketing, and media teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client objectives and timelines.
- Assist in managing feedback, revisions, and approval cycles.
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Track timelines for ad campaigns, digital content, social media calendars, and other deliverables.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Support the execution of integrated campaigns across online and offline platforms.
Digital & Advertising Support
- Assist with social media coordination, content scheduling, and campaign execution.
- Support basic digital marketing activities such as campaign monitoring and reporting.
- Help with competitor research, market analysis, and pitch preparation.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain proper documentation of briefs, creatives, approvals, and client communication.
- Assist in preparing status updates, performance summaries, and client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Interest in advertising, branding, and digital marketing.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
