Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing activities to promote the fitness centre’s services, memberships, and programs. This role focuses on coordinating campaigns, managing content, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations to attract and retain members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for memberships, personal training, and group classes
- Coordinate social media content (posts, reels, promotions) and maintain an active online presence
- Work with designers and trainers to create engaging promotional materials
- Manage email marketing campaigns and member communications
- Support event planning such as fitness challenges, workshops, and open house events
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on leads, engagement, and conversions
- Maintain the website and update offers, schedules, and announcements
- Coordinate with local partners, influencers, and vendors for promotions
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
