Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities for our exhibition stall design and fabrication services. The candidate will be responsible for contacting exhibitors, introducing our services, identifying potential clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to exhibitors and potential clients.
- Generate new leads for exhibition stall design and fabrication projects.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM records.
- Identify client requirements and share relevant information with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with interested clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Research upcoming exhibitions and identify potential exhibitors.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer service.
- Basic knowledge of exhibitions, events, or interior design industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
