Hiring & Worker Classification Fair Hiring:
Ensuring recruitment practices, job descriptions, and interview questions comply with equal employment opportunity standards to avoid discrimination.Classification: Accurately classifying workers as exempt/non-exempt or independent contractors to guarantee they receive fair pay, overtime, and benefits.
3. Compensation, Benefits, & LeaveWage Compliance:
Ensuring payroll, minimum wage, and overtime calculations meet all legislative requirements. Benefits Administration: Managing employee leave (like family and medical leave) and tracking healthcare information.
4. Risk Management & Workplace SafetySafety Standards: Spearheading compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.Incident Investigations: Investigating work-related accidents, workplace grievances, and harassment claims appropriately and confidentially.
5. Data Privacy & Record Keeping Data Security: Safeguarding sensitive employee data and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.Record Retention: Maintaining meticulous employee records (personnel files, training logs, tax filings) for mandated retention periods
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
