We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as Office Staff with a focus on Sales and Booking Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Convert leads into bookings through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English (Hindi will be an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and Excell

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
