Dental Tourism Clinics India (DTCI) is a growing healthcare platform that connects dental clinics, diagnostic labs, pharma brands, and wellness partners with patients across India and abroad.
Job Role
We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive who will be responsible for calling potential partners and onboarding them onto the DTCI platform. This is an office-based role focused on communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to dental clinics, diagnostic labs, pharma brands, and wellness partners. - Explain the benefits of listing on the DTCI platform.
- Handle basic client queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain daily call logs and updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills
- Fluent and confident in English communication (Mandatory). - Good speaking and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Professional and polite communication style.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT or AI tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass - Graduates preferred
