About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create high-converting visual content for e-commerce marketplaces and digital platforms.
The designer will be responsible for creating product listing creatives, brand visuals, advertising creatives, packaging-related designs, and marketplace content that helps improve click-through rate, conversion, and brand perception.
This is not just a “design” role. We need someone who can design with a sales and conversion mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Amazon listing images, infographics, A+ Content / EBC, storefront creatives, and other marketplace assets
- Create product images and promotional creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, and other e-commerce channels
- Develop ad creatives for PPC, social media, display campaigns, and brand marketing
- Design banners, brand content, catalog creatives, and launch creatives
- Edit and enhance raw product photos for professional e-commerce use
- Create lifestyle images, comparison charts, feature highlight graphics, and offer creatives
- Work closely with the marketing, catalog, and product teams to understand product positioning and customer pain points
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand identity, marketplace guidelines, and conversion goals
- Adapt creatives into multiple sizes/formats for different channels
- Coordinate with photographers, editors, and content teams when needed
- Maintain proper design files, source files, and version control for all creatives
Required Skills
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Good understanding of e-commerce design, especially for Amazon-style product presentation
- Ability to create high-converting product infographics
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color balance, and visual hierarchy
- Skilled in photo retouching, background correction, and image enhancement
- Ability to understand product features and convert them into clear customer-facing visuals
- Understanding of branding and packaging aesthetics
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
- Good communication and ability to take feedback positively
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon A+ Content / EBC
- Experience designing for Seller Central / Vendor Central brands
- Basic understanding of consumer psychology, CTR, and conversion-focused design
- Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a plus
- Familiarity with AI design tools and image generation workflows is a plus
- Experience in home, kitchen, bathroom, lifestyle, or consumer product categories is preferred
Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or D2C
- Candidates with strong portfolio and relevant marketplace experience will be preferred

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field preferred
- Portfolio is mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
