We are hiring an Outbound Sales Call Executive to make daily calls to local businesses and generate leads for digital marketing services (Website Design, SEO, social media, ads, video editing, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–120 outbound calls every day to Different company databases, SMEs, and local businesses.
- Explain our website and digital marketing services in simple Hindi/English.
- Qualify leads: check business type, need, budget, and decision-maker.
- Book appointments/demos and share complete notes with the sales team.
- Update all call details and appointement booking status in excel sheet.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of telesales/phone sales experience ( strong communication skills can apply).
- Clear phone voice in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and handling rejection.
- Basic smartphone and internet access.
- Any CRM experience is helpful (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
