Creative Designer – Video Production & Graphic Design
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling videos and striking visual design. This role combines video production, editing, and graphic design to create engaging content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for brand films, social media content, advertisements, and campaigns.
- Plan and assist in video shoots, including framing, lighting, camera angles, and art direction.
- Edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Create motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Design high-quality graphics for digital marketing, social media, websites, packaging, and print collateral.
- Develop campaign creatives that maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Retouch and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Create illustrations, icons, layouts, and vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
- Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to translate briefs into impactful creative assets.
- Stay updated with design trends, editing techniques, AI creative tools, and emerging visual styles.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Application Question(s):
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics is highly preferred.
Good understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
Strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication skills.
Ability to think creatively while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management and project organization skills.
