About Aspiring Leaders India Foundation (ALIF) ALIF was incorporated in 2024 under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and is an affiliate (known as a Foundry) of Aspire Institute. ALIF launched to take forward the vision of empowering youth from underserved communities throughout India. The Foundation operates as an independent Foundation focused on India, and collaborates with Aspire to localize the mission, expand reach, and bridge the last mile to in-person, on-the-ground community building. About the Role The Outreach Manager will lead ALIF's institutional outreach and partnership development efforts across assigned regions in India. This role will be responsible for building and managing relationships with colleges, universities, educational institutions, NGOs, and ecosystem partners to expand awareness of the Aspire Leaders Program and drive student participation. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role at the intersection of partnerships, outreach, and student recruitment, sitting at the heart of ALIF's growth strategy. The successful candidate will combine relationship-building skills with operational excellence to establish strong institutional networks and support Aspire's ambitious enrollment goals across India. The right candidate will bring both the strategic mindset to identify and develop partnership opportunities and the execution capabilities to drive measurable outreach outcomes across a geographically diverse region. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Institutional Partnerships Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, educational institutions, NGOs, and other ecosystem stakeholders. Build and nurture relationships with institutional leaders, faculty members, placement cells, career services teams, and student organizations. Develop strategies to increase institutional participation and engagement in Aspire programs. Expand ALIF's institutional network by identifying new partnership opportunities within assigned regions. 2. Outreach & Student Recruitment Design and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness and applications for the Aspire Leaders Program. Conduct campus visits, information sessions, workshops, webinars, and networking events to engage prospective applicants. Work closely with institutional partners to maximize student participation and application completion. Achieve regional application and participation targets through consistent outreach and follow-up activities. 3. Stakeholder Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners within the assigned region. Maintain regular communication with partners and ensure a positive engagement experience. Resolve partner queries and provide timely support throughout the partnership lifecycle. Strengthen long-term relationships that support sustainable growth and collaboration. 4. Regional Growth & Expansion Take ownership of outreach and partnership development activities within assigned geographical regions. Develop regional engagement plans aligned with organizational growth objectives. Monitor outreach performance and identify opportunities to expand into new institutions, cities, and networks. Support regional campaigns and initiatives that contribute to Aspire's enrollment goals. 5. Data, Reporting & Technology Maintain accurate records of partner institutions, key contacts, outreach activities, and partnership status within CRM systems. Track outreach performance metrics, application conversions, and institutional engagement outcomes. Provide regular reports on partnership development, outreach activities, and regional performance. Use data-driven insights to improve outreach effectiveness and partner engagement strategies. 6. Organizational Collaboration Work closely with the Director of Outreach & Marketing to support student enrollment and growth objectives. Collaborate with Cambridge-based and India-based teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Collaborate across internal departments to advance Aspire Institute's broader mission. Support outreach campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives across the organization. You bring… ● 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in outreach, partnerships, business development, university relations, CSR, education, or stakeholder engagement. ● Demonstrated experience building and managing institutional partnerships and achieving growth targets. ● Strong communication, networking, presentation, and relationship management skills. ● Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms. ● Strong written and spoken English; regional language fluency preferred. ● Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. ● Experience working with educational institutions, non-profits, youth development programs, or social impact organizations is highly desirable.
