Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Ladies Hostel Warden to oversee the smooth functioning of the girls’ hostel and ensure the safety, discipline, welfare, and overall well-being of residents. The candidate should be willing to stay on campus and manage day-to-day hostel operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning of the residential facility.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive living environment for hostel residents.
- Monitor student attendance, movement records, leave permissions, and visitor entries.
- Handle room allotment, occupancy records, and hostel documentation.
- Address residents’ grievances, provide guidance, and support student welfare activities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, kitchen, maintenance, and administration teams.
- Ensure hostel cleanliness, hygiene standards, and proper upkeep of rooms and common areas.
- Monitor food quality and dining arrangements.
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate medical support whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and management when necessary.
- Prepare hostel reports and maintain records related to residents and operations.
